Problems with Conquest feats

I just beat hard node sector 1 battle 1 with Bossk, the mandalorian, Bob Fett, Jango Fett and greef. I did not get credit for the global feat that says win 20 battles with the mandalorian and boba Fett.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Effective immediately, we'll be ending this round of Conquest. We hope to make good with this before the next Conquest starts in March. See you I the holotables!

What's the difference between getting ignored there vs getting ignored here? So many bugs have been posted on Answers HQ and some still haven't been resolved FOR YEARS.

Could we also get a list of Data Disks? The link in the 2/2 Content Update isn't refreshed and I'm making process so I'd like to come up with a disk plan at some point before it's too late.
