Tier 1 felt easy, did it on second attemt and tier 2 just impossible. 

Than it would seem something has changed that introduced a bug. I believe you when you say you watched a guide and did everything right, but it's not RNG if it beats you ever time. RNG is when you press auto and it wins X% and loses (100-X)%. If all the results are the same, it's not random. 

No one is trying to ruin your day, though. The event was originally designed to be beatable and many here have beaten it easily. If it's not beatable now, there's a bug - not an evil plan to hurt players, just a bug. 

Why not submit a bug report and give CG your player ID? 

I have followed a similar guide that is a few days old, so it was up to date. I moved my maxed mods, did everything and rng ripped me a new one. I don't care how many people unlocked it, my experience was beyond horrible. Felt like trying to beat a tier 6 Coliseum boss with lvl 10 era units. Impossible and super frustrating

Raddus is not even the linch pin for the fleet.  You need Cassian, Y-Wing and Outrider and you literally ROFLCOPTOR stomp this mode.  Don’t use Biggs.  Use all your other rebels and ensure they have either all level 15 gold 5 star mods or entry Level 6 star mods.  I seriously did this with the bare minimum.

You can refresh if you beat the tier to get more shards. You can lose forever, trust me 

I am happy to yell at CG when I think they made a terrible design choice. I was beyond outraged when they created an Aphra tier that required multiple dodges in a row. No one was as outraged as I was bc you could get it if you stuck with it, but it was the principle for me: you can't mod for dodges, the toon didn't have dodge in their mastery so you couldn't increase it with levels. There was nothing under the player's control: you dodge or you die. 

What I'm saying is that I will get angry even when things are possible if the design is bad. 

And guess what? I don't remember getting even a tiny bit angry at the Profundity event. If you're trying it 100 times in a row and not getting anywhere, you need to try something different. There's exactly one event in the game that's solely luck - that Aphra tier. With anything else, you can do something to help yourself get through. 

Watch a video, try different lineups, put 6-dot mods on your pilots if they don't have them. Nothing in the game should take 100 attempts. 

This is under your control. You can do better if you try. 

Skill issue

I just feel cheated and I gotta have my revenge somehow. Not only I'm leaving bad reviews everywhere, I'm upvoting any other bad review I see. I want my money back, you deceiving scum CG!!!!

You don't need to refresh if you keep losing. 

They only need to complete each tier once, then they can sim the top tier. Skill issue.
