Update- they refunded 1280 out of the 2240 crystals, so I'm out 960 crystals. Guess that's on me for clicking too fast. Lesson learned though, never trust CG to do something that is in the player's interest. Best part is the customer service rep ended with "CHEERS!" as if I should be glad they only stole 1000 crystals from me lol
