To announce them they would have to know that they made them. From Doja's response, no one had any idea that they lowered the Chase drop rate. Not surprised no one knew they rearranged shipments.

The specific question:Hey Doja! Question for you on the Galactic Chase. Seems like this time around the drop rate was about 3% instead of 4% like the last cantina farm. Any specific reason why the chase was bit longer this time around?
Too bad there wasn't a thread (loosely) tracking the drop rates and the community's questions about them for the last week or so that the community managers could see and/or comment on.
