Yea but his description says "any Empire enemy". Definitely not WAI, it's a bug. Wonder what interesting combos one could set up with this. Super fast EP that sets up a double Wiggs assist.
It's been this way since Papa Palps was released. That's part of why you see so many arena teams in the 100-200 area using Palps with Wiggs, Lando and St han. If it's not WAI, it's been that way for nearly a year.
