Problem is, even if they did post it on a forum, it was on a MEGATHREAD, easy for people to miss it

If we have official threads they should use it for this kind of announcement

I think there needs to be a better way than megathreads, any time I see one it normally says 300+ new comments, I don't have time to read through all that looking for a moderator to post. A simple post in the general section that can't be commented on, similar to those in the updates section would save a lot of hassle. I do check the update sections frequently and they rarely have the stuff that's put on twitter, fb, instagram, reddit, tweety, myspace, mybook, facespace or any of the other countless places updates are posted. Some of us only use this sight hoping to catch the updates for this game.
