Quality of life improvements for guild Officers

There is a few things that as a guild officer can become quite infuriating and could be so very easily fixed, so I'm hoping that I can attract some attention with a post here. Improve tools for TB....

Yeah I would fully endorse these ideas, not all guilds use or require all members to use discord to help organise events in game, it really becomes a struggle especially in TBs when people can easily miss messages in game. I would really like the ability to set a cap on points in the TBs and a better way to handle messages in game.
