Question about speed

My JE speed is 209(56) and my opponents JE speed was 204(51). My JE went first popped his time meter up which sent my droids to max out their time meter. Then for some reason his JE went, popped his time meter up and then his droids wiped the floor with me. Now I know that if multiple units hit max time meter at the same time they go randomly but why did his JE get to go at all? I reached max time meter first. Even if it's a fraction of a second I was at max first which means he should be frozen in time. I use my buff which maxes out my droids and leaves him stuck in time. So when my droids are done his JE would then go next but thats not what's happening. I don't get it? Anyone have an explanation. I just fought another team that had a JE at 190 and everything worked like it was suppose to.

    This. There's a droid team on my shard whose JE is just a little too fast for his droids. His JE triggers before mine, but because his droids aren't topped off by Recalibrate, turn meter increases normally. My JE outpaces his droids, pops Recalibrate, and then all my guys go because they are at 100%. If your JE is faster than your droids by too great a margin, they won't hit 100% and there will be room for mishaps like this.

    (Click me) This spreadsheet tool will help you measure out your droids' and JE's speeds to make sure this desync doesn't happen. Just do File->Make a Copy and start plugging in your stats.

    Assuming both full droid/Jawa teams and Max abilities
    If your droids are not at 138 or higher speed they will be at less than than 98% TM after you JE uses recalibrate. The opponents JE is at 98% TM and will reach 100% before your droids and if the opponents droids are at 140 or better speed they will all be pushed to 100% TM and go before yours.

    You guys are peaches, 136 speed, 134 speed so it just looks like they're at 100% but in actuality they're not. Thanks again folks!
