What part of "mainly" don't you understand?

In all 3 of the raids you list the best team/s for max score were new at the time:

Naboo: Gunghans / Queen Amidila

Speeder Bike: GL Leia

Krayt: Not so much but Maul and associated Mandos were new.

Then there is the current cadence- where this has shifted even more to new characters because of the era format. The older ones usable really don't do much.
