Overall, I like your scheme. As a correction, Heroic Sith awarded two prize boxes for the top 10 slots and those prize boxes had a higher chance of completed gear. Your estimate for the min as 70% of the max would be too high and estimate a larger loss than what probably occurred.

I would add in cPit assuming with the assumption that no full pieces dropped.
