If you have a maxed Han, you should be posting 0 if there are people who don't have him. If everyone has him then rotate awards.
If you are in a guild where you can't improve your roster because elites just run all over you then you are in a terrible guild that is just using you for tokens. They will place in the AAT anyway.
We have about 10 that don't have Han maxed, so they have a competition between them for place. The others rotate with the odd ones out hitting for 0 and the others for min damage like 10k so they float above the 0s.
I'm in an awesome guild and it breeds loyalty when the heavy hitters put in a place a system for the weaker to get stronger.
