Reporting a Cheater

Several of my shard mates and I have all reported an obvious hacker in our Shard to LucifersDaddy but nothing has been done to date. This player is taking awards away from others in the top ten of Arena. His account should be frozen and the person banned from playing. How do I get some action to take place? Many of us have spent some money on this game and would appreciate some serious action be taken.

    I have also reported a cheater too, l talked to @LucifersDaddy and he doesn't respond me

    Do you have proof hes cheating? We got a cheater banned on our shard last year, but we showed proof in timestamps for how long it took for him to beat us in arena. Good luck either way. It took a few weeks, and multiple people contacting them to get it done.

    I reported one long ago with some screenshots, and lucifer responded 2 weeks later... He may be very busy atm

    I have screenshots available and so do other shardmates. He is very poorly geared with poor chars and takes down Meta squads w ease. He is cheating for sure.

    If you want to report a potential cheater, please send a message to @CG_LucifersDaddy with details on why you think someone is cheating, your ally code and the name of the suspected cheater.
