REQUEST: Kylo Ren - Prioritize Outrage for AI

Question

Just feedback from an avid Kylo user. *thumbs up* on the re-work, but I noticed when I fight AGAINST him he prioritizes Lash-Out instead of his Babe Ruth swing.

Similar to the re-shuffle of Phasma, can we tweak Kylo for use of Outrage whenever available?

Considering there is only 5/enough to make a single team of FO characters it's hard to argue against his design being in favor of a FO team setup. FO synergy is priority. Being realistic I think peeps should understand that, though understandably not like it.
