Resistance team - advice from someone who can get in top20

Hello,
I started to play my resistance team few days ago. This team is great at offense but lack of defense. I don't have problems with defeat any team in arena but I see that many teams can also attack me and I can drop my arena rank very fast. This is my team:

should I change something ? Poe needs to be first so speed attributes is a must. I don't have good potency mods with speed secondary thats why he got primary speed mods. Resistance is fun to play and most of the time enemy can't even do a single turn on my command. But when eneemy attack me - we all know how A.I. works :)

  • My advice is forget about them. There are a couple highly geared on my shard and I can auto them without losing hardly any protection.

    Much like ewoks, jawas, and droids, they're just not arena material at the moment.
  • Resistance team is only good on offense. On defense AI not smart enough to use expose correctly. I mainly use them on GW and AAT P2.
  • It's been said, great on offense but even if you poe can go first against everyone on your shard you will lose. They lose steam due to the random attacks, and this is something I don't think they will ever fix (not sure they can make the ai that smart).

    This will be the future of a lot.of teams like this the ai doesn't know how to use tmr and debuffs let alone react to them.

    If you can always place 1 when you need to with only 1 refresh it's not a bad thing.

  • but this is very simple to fix. They should implement simple mechanism

    When my toon is suppose to attack then A.I. should first attack enemy who is exposed and then the other. It can be done in few minutes to regular programmer :)
  • Otherwise, you could try a hybrid Resistance team with a toon having an AoE like Kylo or EP.
  • its not good - basiaclly this toon will run only once because its turn meter won't grown as resistance toon. And also there is a bug. When enemy is exposed and you kill it - you don't get Turn Meter :) (not always but often)

    Haha..... if you look at the chunks of code that have been shown, it's not that simple.... they don't do much specific programming of mechanics like that. But if you can write it I'm sure they would love it if you could give it to them.

    The ai will never be their focus, that's why all they ever change is the order a toon uses their skills in. Can't make the ai too good, have to keep those egos inflated.... :wink:
