Rework General Grievous

Is one of the most exclusive toons, at the same time is one of the most useless.

  • There are many, or thousands of times more GK than GG in top sand ranks.
    Without taking into account that GG has been available much longer than GK.
    Being, from my point of view, more difficult to get to GK.

    And as far as I'm concerned, GG is as relevant to the SW universe as GK.
  • Exclusivity isn't important--especially now that he's in fleet shipments. The purpose of the shard shop was to give you something to do with excess shards, not to encourage people to grind for the shards. Greivous isn't intended to be the tippy-toppest of tier characters, he's intended to be solidly good. And he very much is.

    He's essentially a second IG-88, with a different functionality. Instead of 88's raw damage output, he has a little more survivability and a basic with more functionality.

    The point is, GG is a General, and commanded droid armies. He was the top dog. He's not in this game. He should have strong leadership abilities; something a Zeta could easily fix. He's a beast commandinf in the AAT raid.
  • Basic:
    Keep as same but add +30% TM on critical (great synergy with hk-47 lead)

    Area: inflict buff immunity too, for each critical put that many dots on the characters.

    Laugh:
    Add defense down and make all effects irrestible.

    Lead:
    Add if an enemy gets a critical they lose two random buffs.

    Tactical Retreat:
    Grevious has +7% evasion for every droid ally. That is doubled if he has no protection.
    When he loses protection he dispels all negative status effect from him and his healthiest (prot+health) ally. That ally taunts for one turn.
    If an attack by general grievous is dodged, he gains 20% protection.
  • He was solid, no more. It's even better to put K2. Yeah, a traitor droid, over the infamous droid, TOP5 among the jedi killers in SW history.
    With the latest updates, the droids were relegated.
    It's a good time to rework GG, give him a new set of skills that will put the droids back on the scene and give another option to HK47 as a leader.
    Since it stays in the exclusivity line of the new meta, where if you do not have EP / Shoretrooper, Chirru / Baze or GK / Jedi you can not compete. (Do not lie to yourself Wiggs is not enough)

    I encourage you to say that all Droids users will agree with this.
    Do not forget that many people pay for the set of droids.

    Rebuilding GG without giving it a skill at the height of HK47 would not make sense.
    I do not see it easy to develop such a skill, without it being an OP.
    Droids without HK47 lead are useless, it is one of the best skills of the game.

    A good "secondary" leader ability, a la Wedge, could do wonders for droids. Without Eng, droid teams are worthless.

    Both are key toons, but droids team exist before JE.
