Rey or luminara?
Should I use for PvP a healer or should I bet on using powerful Rey?

Barris is also an excellent choice, as is Daka (although not for high end PVP for Daka, but she helps me a lot in GW).
But, I agree with Yogi. Rey also fits in with many teams as she doesn't have synergy really with anyone, and does high damage in raids. I like to use her with Phasma for the advantage buff in raids.
