Rouge One Pack Rip off

Why does this pack no specify that there is a very high chance you will receive mostly Bistain shards and rebel pathfinder shards? Because i spent 100 bucks on it and had an over 80% drop rate for bistan and rebel path finder one time received bistan 5 times in one pack. This is such a rip off EA, why cant it just be an equal chance for all characters and a fixed amount of character shards. I mean who are you kidding bistain and rebel pathfinder are the easiest of the rebels to get already. I would definitely spend more money on this game if it was a fixed rate for receiving shards.
