S1 Obviously still bugged but....

For those that have already bought the pass (under a fairly sound assumption that there would be no issues) if the "fix" is in but clearly still ridiculous, can I get my money back?? It is obviously still not working as intended, r9 JML is getting destroyed in under 1 min. Also, I whacked on the Gideon tech, but it doesn't appear to work. Anyone else have this issue?
