Scale Rancor's HP

Question

Every guild has this problem. Every guild has their own system trying to let every member get a piece of it but none I've seen are perfect.
Now that we have Guild Power to gauge the guild's strength, perhaps Rancor's HP is scaled based on it. Or just simply increase its HP.

We need a "legendary" level targeting level 85 G11 players.

Oh, by the way. We also need a "hard" intermediate difficulty for the AAT raid for guilds that fly through normal yet struggle with heroic. Some kind of light heroic would be great, same constraints as heroic but less punitive phases. Normal raid does a poor job of preparing a guild for the meat grinder the heroic AAT raid is.
