However, you *always* get at least the minimum number shown for any material that has a range, yet can get 0, 1, or 2 of the abilities with a set number. Please be so kind to replace your advertising to prevent confusion and claims of being mislead. It can go a long ways towards earning back respect from the community. Agreed. It's important that the system remains consistent. While I've had a great drop rate (around 20/26), my complaint isn't about rates, but about the advertising. But the two do correlate.

There shouldn't be any locks. It's a fair and open message to the Devs to reconsider how they advertise certain things, specifically the possible rewards. A simple 0-2 on those specific abilities would be awesome! As it is now, it's saying you will get 2. Some get 0, some 1, and more rarely, some get 2. The other ship abilities show the min you'll get.

I'm currently 2/4 on Zetas, but thats a small sample size and I'm sure that it's gonna drop soon...

to the OP, I completely agree, I don't know why they can't write 0-2 just like they have 7-12.

There are many ability descriptions which are ambiguous but there is absolutely nothing wrong with the label. Possible implies zero.

The game has hundreds of issues and bugs and this is what you would like developmental resources spent on?
