Ships AI priority order

Could we work as we had done before (with yoda for example) on ships ability priority uses by AI ...

I feel reinforcement especially is really really bad handled by AI, but many other abilities too.

To make it more "human smart" some really easy modifications could be made and I am happy to help if I know it's not gonna be ignored ;)
