Agreed, I am just cashing in for shards for whoever shows up in the shard shop

For a while they were spamming cantina with new toons, while GW and arena shops remained largely unchanged. It's all by design

They prob won't bc people have so many resources saved up for those shops.

What they need to do is release at highly desired character like chirrut or nihilus into the shard shop so people will spend their saved up cantina/gw currency on shards to convert into shard shop currency. Then, release multiple toons into gw/cantina creating a demand to manage resources. This will allow us to get access to new toons and actually use those shops, while also creating resource management pressure, which will make them money.
