Special missions rewards

Just to make sure I understood well :

So, EACH guild member, even those unable to participate to TB due to low level for example, will get shards from ROLO.

    Nothing against my english, but reading/learning lessons though...
    Seen some videos and read posts, but answer though was not pretty clear. Proof is the answers on this thread. The meaning of "everyone" is the actual key : everyone in the guild, even those who don't/can't participate the TB ? Or only people that participate the TB.
