Shock only affects abilities directed towards self. The TM gain is directed to others...STH does not get the TM gain but his allies will. Same thing for Lumi's heal or Phasma's Advantage Up.
I understand the initial tm gain when he throws it up, but if you hit STH again afterwards, allies will gain tm again.
I wonder if you can dispell that with QGJ after blocking the taunt...would be really weird.
Hmmm...can't say that I've seen that happen but then again I may not be targeting him so I don't really know.
