Suggestion for Mod Challenges
I assume the Mods also count as gear, and not the Challenges section? Anyways...
Hi everyone,
I'm relatively new to the game (just hit level 79), but have played through my fair share of the games content. I've seen so many improvements to the game by the developers in such a short time, which I think they should be commended for, but there is one thing that really bothers me.
Besides Health Mod Challenges, the way that all the other Mod Challenges only allow one type of character (Jedi, Empire, Jawas, etc.) makes gathering certain types of Mods that we want quite bothersome. The current consensus seems to be to just farm Health mods for one with a Primary Bonus in the slot you need (Speed Primary Bonus in the Arrow Mod on the top right, for example).
Personally, I have teams for all the Mod Challenges except Resistance, but I'd much rather they give more choices in farming/gathering the other Mod types. It would make Modding characters with the desired Set bonuses much easier.
To keep it interesting, here is an idea for how they could implement this (I am no programmer so I don't know how feasible this is): Every week, allow one Character Type to play all Mod Challenges. You could have any of the types, even those that already appear in the current challenges. For example, you could have Sith week, Bounty Hunters week, of even things like Phoenix Squadron week.
By the way, REALLY looking forward to the Star Wars Rebels characters week!
