...to unlock the new Luke. Clear, concise communication please, no gifs or empty cute words. Speculation, rumors etc. will lead to the same travesty as the Thrawn / Phoenix ordeal. I'm sure you'd want...

Wow this is a royal rumble of a thread, pure awesome.
Two thoughts, well, three:
1.) Luke is awesome, can't wait.
2.) Thrawn event wasn't as bad as everyone makes out; there were lots of double-drop days in there and the Phoenix crew had been out for a while before that, so it was up to the player to grind them (they've never actually did anything like that before for previous heroes like Yoda and EP, so it was actually a huge improvement and probably got MORE players Thrawn than without the double-drop promotion).
@Jedi_Reach_ 3.) While I also understand the desire to know in advance, there is a SUPER easy solution (especially if you don't mind bringing some crystal home from the Shoppe): Just stockpile everything. You'd have to anyway, whether you know the pieces in advance or not.
