Thank you

I would like to say thank you for listen to us and changing the tank raid normal.

The changes had made a huge difference to the raid and to my guild, thank you for doing this.

I know you guys get a lot of negative post but what you did has improved the game for my guild and a lot of others.

    Yeah, we went from doing ~2% per day to ~25%. We just finished p2 when the redesign dropped--we'd started the day the raid launched.

    Yes this was definitely needed but unfortunately it is now vastly different from heroic. It's virtually impossible for your guild to determine when you are ready for heroic besides wasting tons of tickets.

    The rework should really have been made an easy tier.

    Normal should be identical to heroic except allowing 6* toons and refreshes.

    Heroic should stay the same.
