I think that stat increase should be increased per star level, but kit wise a 5 star thrawn at base stats will always be better then 7 star greedo. What I'm saying is a 7 star greedo should be substantially better then a 5 star greedo, and a 7 star gear 8 should still be better then a 5 star gear 11, star level should be the most influencetial stat.
