The log into google play button does not appear in settings

Question

I had a high level account on another device logged into google play. That device broke and i had to buy a new one. Now the login button doesn't even appear. I click the settings button and there is a blank space where the button should be. Please help me out here.

Have you made sure to put in the correct age, when you started the application on your new device? 🤔 The login button will not appear if you set up your temporary account as underage.
