I've read most of these comments and absolutely no one has actually taken the time to explain and justify how 3* and 4* toons with equipment tier vii or viii can totally wreck 7* toons at equipment tier x.
It's really insulting, basically the game is telling me all my hard work, time invested, shards and equipment farmed have all been for nothing just because of mother talzin and a zombie that doesn't even need to get to three stars.

As for the ideas of building another team just for the ns, thank you for proving yet again that this games biggest accomplishment is indirectly forcing players to spend more money or time for characters they don't really care about. In all honesty I'm just waiting for rivals to come out at this point, that way I can ditch goh if it's better.
If my opinion annoys anyone then fine, but that's not really my problem though. I'm only here to give feedback, not to debate my opinion on the ns issue. So you should know in advance I'm going to ignore any replies or posts trying to provoke an argument or debate on the subject.
The ns are literally the only squad that has been able to completely destroy every combination of 7* toons I throw at them like they were nothing and they don't even need to be past 4* or tier vii to do it. Anyone who defends the ns either has a **** ton of money, already had a trooper squad ready when they came out or they're running ns squads themselves.
The ns have completely and entirely removed any desire to waste my time in squad arena, I literally just forfeit the matches every time because I've lost all interest in the ranking, prizes or even the squad arena store items. I only do it to get the daily objectives done for the Omega since even that's becoming a pain to farm now too.
They work because the synergy between them and the other characters makes it work. Put a gear 6 zombie as your tank into a Rey team and you have a nice pretaunt that gets Ohko on turn 1 and is therefore worthless. Pair her with assaj with a zeta on her unique and you reviving with each death and feeding assaj strong stats
Take 3* mother talzin and put her with a Rey team and you have a squishy attacker who can’t survive long enough to spread plague. Slap a zeta on her and put her in a team full of nightsisters and now you have a team around her that can heal her and revive her
Fact is some characters have been so good you can put in any team at low stars and have them do well. Nightsisters are way less of an abomination than chaze when they first came out. You could slap chirrut and baze at 4* in most team comps and beat most teams in arena. Neither one of those two required a zeta to do that, whereas nightsisters require several to do really well
Why do I always attract the people that obviously don't know how to actually pay attention.

This is a ridiculous response. I think I explained your point pretty well: nightsisters work well because of the synergy they have together. Put low low gear/starred zombie, talzin, or whoever in a random team and it won't work well. Key parts of the nightsister squad, such as assaj and daka, also need to be fully geared and starred or they won't work well

But I'm getting the impression you're too stubborn and full of yourself to just not care about my opinion so let me put it like this; The problem isn't weak toons being tougher if placed in the right squad, the problem is weaker toons making what should have been a fair fight into a massacre. Talzin and the zombie give the entire squad the ability to wreck almost anything else even if it's clearly received more time, training and investment than them. Weaker noob toons doing better in specific squads is preschool math, it doesn't explain or justify the whole squad turning into an unstoppable death machine. Thank you for proving to me yet again why I chose to ignore anyone who takes issue with my opinions.

Do us all a favor and look up "psychological projection." I explained why they work together well and it's because they have synergy and others throughout this thread have explained that they're pretty easy to beat with the right squad. With nightsisters, I can beat anybody on my shard (with a few exceptions) with a 4* talzin. However, I have five zetas (double zeta assaj and talzin since I sometimes alternate leads and single zeta daka). Additionally, I use kenobi in arena (not an easy farm) and sub him out for zarris in TW defense (another zeta).
That's not a low investment.
Now, are you looking for advice on how to beat them or do you just want to complain?
