First off, as far as I know thos raid isn't over in an hour or two so you should have time to get in.

Second, you could always find a guild that raids at a convient time and still does well in tb. Assuming your roster helps your guild and you aren't an anchor, that isn't that hard of a task.

But if you choose to stay in a guild that does raids at a bad time for you when you clearly want to do the raid, that's on you.

The issue isn't "getting in" The issue is, if you just "get in", you're getting 1 R8 piece. Good luck building your roster at that rate.

"Change guilds" should not be the only option for players - either due to the time constraints of the reworked raid tier or its poor reward structure. Once again CG designs a problem and leaves it to the players to fix it.

If you get in the raid and actually use effective teams in a phase, then you likely won't be bottom 10 all the time. Maybe occasionally but not all the time. If you just join or post a zero, you deserve bottom 10 and lesser rewards.

And you can't design every event to perfectly work with everyone's schedule. Guilds control when to launch raids. That may or may not work with every members schedule. That is a factor to consider (among many others) when joining or deciding to stay in a guild. If that decision leads to bottom rewards, it's on the person that made the decision not cg.
