Not sure we will beat it any time soon... but i can safely say CG has never seen a bell curve and has no clue what a flat reward structure should look like.
Flat implies sim reward style.... the whole guild gets 1 reward
If you arent doing that because "reasons", then do this:
Top 10 should get the same rewards.
11 to 39 should get the middle tier rewards
40 to 50 should get the low rewards.
And none of that should be lower than 5 r8 mats.
This is a group effort and should be treated like a group effort.
