They fixed the speed buff for leaders so think about farming Akbar as leader around your 7* Han and add a few more Rebels. Type synergy is going to be a factor now that the buff works first turn.
People preferred Poe over Han by simple virtue of the fact that Poe was in the highest tier for speed and so, would go first (in turn 7). Speed buff now levels the playing field sonewhat.
Tarkin boosts Empire, Lobot droids, QGJ Jedi (currently double what it's supposed to be but will be fixed today) and Akbar for rebels.
