Training Droids disk in Conquest - What's it even for??

Read the disk description. It's literally called "FEAT". It's so your over powered character/disk combinations don't obliterate enemies so you can farm feats using less energy. That's why the only way to kill an enemy is with an instant defeat ability. It's actually extremely helpful and very player friendly.
