Brief answer? No point at all. We have never had a shortage of training droids.

The credit heist was never promoted as a weekly event and it rarely has been. The heist was always said to appear randomly within a 6-12 days window after the previous one. While I think the event only pops up towards the end of the timespan usually it is still WAI and is still the same way it has been since it's release.

Not to say I wouldn't appreciate a more regular occurring but currently couldn't care much for it because I never get anything but minimum drop anyway. The reward range and distribution should be made a bit more narrow and flat before they make it happen more often imo

Think about players at lower levels... There is always someone who needs them. Nothing wrong with training droids event.

For us max lvls, training droid event is useless because we have thousands of them, we need credits. Before I hit level 80, it was the opposite. I somehow had the credits to use whatever training droids I had, and once I even ran out completely; I had credits but no training droids!
Essentially with this system you go from a surplus of credits and a lack of training droids to directly the opposite of that. Maybe if this event had ship enhancement droids...

Dev 1: they are talking on the forums alot about credits.
Dev 2: they seem to think we should put the credit heist on a regular schedule.
Dev 1: that sounds resonable, maybe we can do it for a short test run

I don't see why we can't have a fixed day for a credit heist. I would even take every other Thursday. Every Thursday would be great though.

Also I am also starting to build up ship droids and always need ship credits more than droids.

Let's just be thankful our special snowflakes took their time to program this awesome game for us. Looking forward to a new year and finding a new game to play.

This game has about ran it's course since the insane power jump of Rogue One characters.

RN i am a lvl 77 currently gearing up rebels i have have 3.5 mil credits but no droids

I am not being sarcastic or critical or negative in any way I just have a legitimate question so please do not misread and delete thank you in advance.

The training droid and credit heist are advertised to be every 6-12 days. Recently it had been every 12 everytime. Nontheless, I do not see how promising the training droid heist every 7 days could be considered a special event. Now, training droids are needed by newer players which is cool, but this does not beniffit the majority.
Now, hopefully, a weekly credit heist will also be coming and that would be wonderful because everyone needs credits. But my question remains, how is a regularly 6-12 day promised event offered weekly considered special?
Though a commonly offered every 12 days credit heist offered weekly is very welcome it should be that way more often anyways because it was promised to be.
Though we would be grateful for this, I too hunger for something actually new.
