Unable to get in to game- Error Code 3.0

Anyone else getting this at start-up? keeps telling me to restart or contact them,

Just making sure you are aware since I saw the post on the title update, it is NOT a small percentage of android users and has NOTHING to do with internet connectivity. If anything, it seems to be related to connectivity to our Google Play accounts. I truly hope you are close to fixing, as the post mentioned.
