How many G12 toons do you consider a decent amount?

I have 27 g12 toons.
I have 28 toons that could immediately equip a biotech implant.
I have over 1740 gold eyeball salvage (enough for 29 implants).
I have 8 gold eyeball prototypes - which I buy 25 from the shop about 2 times per week.
From my perspective, the salvage has not been, nor ever will be, the bottleneck here.
