While i'm certainly not above trolling, i worded it poorly. I meant describe any of those, doesn't really matter wich one.

TB - especially when you run into "Mission Unit"s that are supplied, where pre-constructed teams can't be used. In TB where you break up teams to fill platoons, or have extra's left over (i.e. in phases when I don't need Phoenix I like to run Ezra with Jedi, or in phases where I can use lower-star Holdo (LSTB) or Mother Talzin (DSTB), etc.) TB alone is worth it.

TW I already explained above - when you are trying put together piece-meal teams based on what you deployed on defense, what you have needed on other offensive teams - especially if you just used a partial team to finish off a single enemy or weaker enemies.

GW when you want to try out lesser team comps (that might not be entirely made up of the characters you are actively farming or gearing).

There are numerous people in this thread who have explained it and voiced their frustration. I am not quite sure what you don't get.

What i don't get is how it currently isn't easier for you to select the toons you want to use. I get that you can't always use "squads", but it's so much easier to select the missing members, or an entire team, currently than it used to be. Worst case scenario you actually wanted to select a character that would normally be on top, wich in my experience is rarely the case, you now have to scroll past a few favourites instead of being able to select the toon instantly. That's a minor inconvenience at best. And it pales in comparrison how much easier i can select my 4 star g11 mother talzin currently, or literally any other toon i used to have to scroll 10 rows down for (that's just 20 toons). Heck, i could even favourite her if i want to use her often.
It's just so much more user friendly, you just maybe have to adjust the way you play a little.

Ugh this feature is annoying. I do not want to see my favourites on the top! At least give me the option to turn it on or off (toggle). I never found it a hassle to go to favourites when I wanted to gear / upgrade my toons I'm working on. I had to take off the favourites tag to just get it to the way I like it.

Seems like this QOL upgrade is incredibly backwards thinking and no logic was put in. Hope they can fix this some how to be usable.

We want favorites to be sorted to the top in places where you are updating your characters or where having the "in progress" character at the top would be most useful. Unfortunately, and I take full responsibility for this, we didn't think through the other places that got affected where you want the most powerful character, like the pre-battle squad select screen. We are working on a fix for this, but as it requires a coding fix, it is in progress. Please bear with us a little longer, and we believe we will have a good compromise!

Thank you for this answer. This is exactly the communication we need for this game.

Now a behind the scene question. When you decide on an update such as this one which is not a bug correction and not something that the community as a whole ask as a priority, how does the decision process works?

Do you just get the idea and if enough devs/suits agree with it you do it? Or is there some focus/test group you use internally to validate it? Or is the process something else?
