urgent info needed for raiding

I need to know three things really
1. Does the 210,000 cap apply to the guild as a whole ?or just guild hoppers?
2. Even though they have different ticket counter does the rancor and tank both contribute to the 210,000 limit?
3. or do they have seperate 210,000 limits ?
