Vader Culling Blade and Boba Execute Mechanics?

Question

Hello, I was wondering how the mechanics of these two skills work when it comes to DOTs. Does Vader's Culling Blade increase by +50% damage for each DOT on the target? For instance if target has 5 DOTs does it count +250% damage?
Same for Boba Fett's Execute, does it increase by +30% damage for each DOT or does it count all DOTs as one debuff?
If anyone has the answer to this it would be great, thank you in advance :)

Each dot counts as a buff.

Also, Vader's Culling Blade uses debuffs only whereas, Boba Fett's Execute uses all effects (both buff and debuff).
