No one at CG or Ea will ever answer questions we raise here on these forums.  You may get an answer on the official discord.  There is speculation that datacrons are all AI generated trash.  Until laws protecting consumer rights around AI content is amended and expanded, we will never know for sure.  

It's been around for a while already. It's tough and sometimes annoying, yes. Quite like other dcs before. But that doesn't mean you can't beat it. Ever tried JMK with Tambor and weapon tec on CAT? Easy, if you know what you're doing. Only bad rng sometimes.
