Wanted new or returning players

And this is why you are looking for players IMO, TW is horrid design and making it mandatory would be a big pass on many players I know. Life is more important than being tied to your phone for bad game design.

Twelfth Step Knights are currently recruiting good daily players. Participation in Territory War is a MUST. Any players missing two TW's without notification will be launched.

Feels like the number is pretty stable to me. 

I have no data. Just feel.

I have no date…but sometimes I do run into newish players. They seem to enjoy all of the directions they could take.
CG has done a lot to speed up the early game and there are catch up mechanisms in place for people who are willing to spend a little. New players can grow faster if someone lets them into an end game guild- but they maybe would have more fun in a guild where everyone was at the same level? 
im rambling - but it feels like measures ARE being taken.
