Weights of badge placement should be updated

I've had the Executrix at 7* for 4 or so years already. The TW event badge should be placed much higher than low value events like these for more mature accounts.

I’m glad that “conquest pass” icon has been there for 2 weeks straight. It’s a constant reminder that there’s no point in buying the pass unless I wanna blow a couple thousand dollars on garbage Inquistors. Thanks for saving me $30 $$CG$$ !!!!!
