I think you're much better off running Nebit than 100 in a droid team. I'm terrified of teams that run someone like Nebit or RG but teams that run 100 just run another character that I can use Jawa to stun. I don't think Jawa will ever be a mainstay on my arena team, but he'll definitely be a situational insert for lineups like yours
