CG's got something special planned for how to unlock ig11 w/ child. You need to link swgoh with your phone's alarm clock and then your alarm, tuned to sound like a crying baby, will randomly go off during the day and especially throughout the night. Each time it goes off you need to log in within 5 mins for a chance to collect 1 shard. Probabilities are calibrated so that it may take up to 1 year to take the character to 7*.

Note that they did announce new SWGOH content in today's 'Mando Monday'. Showed a team of Mando, Cara, Greef, Kuiil, and IG-11 (w/child) taking on an event. They said we can start collecting Kuiil next week.
