What are "rogue actions" in TB?
See title ... my entire guild has 0 rogue actions. Is that a good thing or is there something else we should be doing?

It depends. Nominally it means people are ignoring orders. But, contextually, it’s less clear. For example, we turned off a section of Territory Wars last time because we wanted to focus on the top path.
We finished the top, but officers were asleep so we didn’t lift the message. European players hit that territory and racked up a bunch of Rogue Actions.
The point is, basically, if you see someone with Rogue Actions it serves to indicate to you that someone did something unusual and you should find out why.

Context is important. To echo and add, in general it’s meant to hold members accountable in case certain milestones aren’t met when they should have been.
