Now they release Holdo, who by all accounts will be a very strong Tank for JTR teams and has abilities that directly counter the other two meta squads (NS and CLS). I can only imagine how OP this team will be when paired with GK (having two tanks that auto-taunt with over 100,000 Health/protection each).
JTR teams are already dominating arena (SWGOH.GG meta report shows that team with almost 50% share in finishing number 1). So adding another strong tank to JTR teams will only further dilute any diversity in arena and likely result in the same uniformity we saw after CLS was released just a few months ago.
So I have to ask, what happened to the goal of promoting diversity?
Dude there's literally a hint for all sorts of dark side love in February, Holdo won't even be farmable until april or later. All you guys freaking out need to chill.
We haven't even seen Holdo in action, you are taking the assumptions of an internet forum and using that as justification to say JTR is the ONLY meta in arena because of Holdo. Lmao chill out dude, it's a freakin game. They wouldn't put out a toon that makes no arena diversity without a plan first, have some patience and remember it just. A. Game.
