What pushes the TB activity tracker to update?

Probably a horrible title, but I couldn't think of another way to ask. I've noticed the deploys, CM's completed tracker in TB is always lagging behind. That might not be an issue for some guilds, but we have zones that we have to sandbag/preload for the next phase to complete. Sometimes at the end of a phase, we're trying to dial in and get it close, or we're trying to deploy to finish a zone off, but it isn't live, so sometimes people have overdeployed and wasted GP, or accidentally gotten the star. What drives this, and how can it be refreshed sooner so people have a better picture?

I realize that locking down deploys and missions is an option, and we use it, but you can't discount stupidity sometimes.

    It can't be refreshed any differently than it is, as this has been a gripe for the entire existence of TB and has never changed. If you want proper data, you have to back all the way out and back in. Sometimes if you go into a zone's platoon mission and back out it updates, but I never trust that.

    Honestly, I don't understand why they allow deploys over 3*. Seems like a simple fix. Of course, when they added a simple fix to the platoon issue 6 years ago that broke all kinds of things and only kind of works.

    Yeah, sometimes I try backing out of the TB, closing and opening the game, multiple times even. It's annoying and seems like one of those simple things that would solve a few issues for guilds. Not everyone in every guild knows that it lags, so they just spray fart their deploy, without waiting for it to update properly.

    Not even that, but we've had people open the deploy, and before deploying they get distracted and the phone locks. Then, they come back to it 45 minutes later, still on the deploy screen, go "oh yeah" and deploy even though the zone was at 3* half an hour ago.
