Well, in regards to my experience with remote support, it is a case of "i do not know" rather than " i do not want to". I doubt the team can solve issues beyond "omg my password wrong, help" anyway.
In order for others to be able to help, you should present video/pic evidence, so we can see exactly what the problem is.
Have you tried reinstalling the client?
Have you tried to run the game thru bluestacks, to see if the issue is there also?
Any other actions?
