Why does Levi not force a Cap ship loss in multi-battle nodes

Title. Executor, Profundity, and Raddus all cause a Capital ship loss if they reach ult but time out/lose after.

Magically the enemy ship recaptures the bridge or something?

Not really magical. Even without the bridge they defeated the enemy, and were then able to successfully reclaim their own ship.

But what if they had a wizard help them do it.

Then it would be magically, yes.
  • They had time in after the first encounter to get a replacement from the ship yards

The idea of rebel squads retaking the bridge from Darth Revan just because some squads timed out is indeed magical.

If you time out that's basically mom saying it's the other admiral's turn to play with the ship.

Not really much you can do once that happens.
